While exercise looks different for everyone, here at Move Like Jagger we cater to your specific goals. With an all-rounder approach we have experience in many different fields. Below are some key areas.
Strength based
Whether that's incorporating weights or just body weight, strength and resistance training can be included. Focusing on your goals and what you wish to get out of each session.
Higher intensity
If your goal is to increase that heart rate, high intensity is for you. This can be an addition to weight training and general exercise. Whether that be circuit style or just as it comes.
Sport development
If you are an athlete or aspiring, we have a special interest in sports development. After completing a speciality degree in sports performance injuries the passion for this area has increased.
