Below is some more information on a few areas of physical activity:

Reformer Pilates 3+
reformer pilates for all ages is safe and effective for developing bodies. Focus is on improving motor skills, coordination, and proprioception through, age-appropriate movements that use the reformer's resistance to build strength and stability.

Resistance Training
Whether that's incorporating weights or just body weight, strength and resistance training can be included. Ensuring exercises are directly relevant to the client's goals, all while considering their unique health status and injury history.

Aerobic and Anaerobic
We design programs that manipulate exercise intensity and duration to target the desired energy pathway, helping clients improve their endurance for long-duration activities (aerobic) or their power and speed for short, high-intensity bursts (anaerobic).

Play Based
Play-based exercise for children to improve fundamental movement skills, strength, and coordination by integrating physical activity into fun, engaging games and activities. This approach helps children build a positive relationship with exercise by focusing on creativity and enjoyment rather than structured, formal training.

Mobility
Mobility exercises for all ages by assessing and addressing individual limitations in joint range of motion and flexibility. They design personalized programs that use techniques like dynamic and static stretching, myofascial release, and proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) to improve joint health, prevent injury, and enhance overall movement quality for daily activities and sports.
